Sliding Beneath the Surface: Book Trailer

Sliding - blogThe St. Augustine Trilogy: Book I

Young adult, paranormal and historical

As I visualized the characters and scenes while writing this book, I often wondered if readers would see them the same way I do. I mean, would they really get it was my question.  As the reviews have flowed in, I could see that, yes indeed, people saw in my work what I was truly trying to transmit.

But as wonderful as that was, something happened recently that really drove the point home in an extremely gratifying way. A delightful lady, and fan from South Carolina, created her own book trailer in cooperation with my assistant, Julia Hendrix. I had been meaning to do one myself or get it made somehow but I never got around to it.

Cheree CrumpWell, when Cheree Crump sent me her completed Youtube video, I was blown away. It was exactly what I wanted and it showed in a visual way how deeply a reader could connect with what I wrote.  Amazing.

That trailer I have now proudly posted on my home page. Thank you Cheree for all of your hard work and making my day.

Time to stop blabbing. Here’s the trailer itself. Enjoy.
